Opening Prayer: Almighty God, help me to better understand your love for me through my study of your Word this week. Amen

Reflect: What do you think the religious teachers thought when Jesus answered the question about the greatest command? What is the point behind Jesus’ teaching on the Messiah being a son of David? Why do those who are most religious in Jesus’ day seem so threatened by him?
